My favorite pastime is to find a new beach in Jamaica. I can’t believe, I can still find new beaches and snorkeling spots.

I love the beach!!! One of my favorite things to do is go to the beach and just unwind. Nothing relaxes me more. I always have swimwear, sunscreen, water shoes and a change of clothes in my car. I learned my lesson when I found myself at a beautiful river unprepared and had no choice but to go skinny dipping…

There are many types of spas in Jamaica, from the rustic to the 5 star. I have experienced both spectrum and everything in between.

Bath, St. Thomas is known the world over for its mineral springs. There is wonderful bathhouse that most people use, but I am not most people so I had to trek to the source of the hot springs.
